refund policy
please contact us if you wish to discuss options with your return.
refunds are only to be given to items that are faulty. in the instance of change of mind, we will gladly offer an exchange.
exceptions/non-returnable items:
sale items (inclusive of ‘sale bin’ at markets)
customised/personalised products
ex-display stock
shipping costs
gift cards
exchanges
an exchange will be given once item/s have been returned in a saleable condition. item/s must not be washed, worn or used in any capacity. all items returned are inspected, if the item is returned in an unsaleable condition and/or is deemed unsaleable the exchange/refund will not be granted. shipping costs back to the buyer will not be covered by Billie Sage and are at the buyers expense.
Refunds
we will be in contact once we have received and inspected the item/s that have been returned and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. refunds are only applicable to faulty/damaged items. items bought from the ‘sale bin’ at market are exempt from refunds as they are purchased ‘as is’.
returns shipping
shipping costs for returns will not be covered by Billie Sage and are at the buyers expense. this is also the case for item/s returned to Billie Sage that have not been granted an exchange/refund and all shipping costs will be covered at the buyers expense. shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Billie Sage.
