when will my order be dispatched?

orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days. if your order is placed over the weekend it will be sent on a Monday with tracking.

my order still has not arrived, who do I contact?

the first step to take when your order has not yet arrived is to check your tracking. shipping companies may delay your order. in some cases with international or remote orders shipping may take longer to arrive.

if you are worried about your parcel you will need to get in contact with the courier. once this has been done please contact us so we can follow it up on our end.

can I change my order once its been placed?

if you need to change your order get in touch with us asap. we may be able to make slight changes if your order has not been processed.

where is your local delivery?

We have $6 local delivery that is only available for those within 8 kilometres of Narellan 2567, nsw. to see if your address is applicable please see the pinned post on our socials. if you fall outside this area of service you may choose Australia post as the delivery method or are welcome to choose ‘pick up’ from Ambarvale, nsw 2560.

any orders placed that are outside the 8 kilometre radius of Narellan will be refunded. You will then need to replace your order with the correct shipping method.

How does the pick up option work?

we have a pick up option that is available from ambarvale, nsw 2560 on weekdays between 5pm - 7pm. this is a private residence and the address is only given after your order has been placed and you contact us via Facebook/instagram messenger. If you choose this option it is your responsibility to come and collect your order as we will not drop it off to your residence.
